Mel Gibson's battle with his Russian baby mama just hit a new Def Con level - with bombshell allegations he injured the couple's infant daughter.

Oksana Grigorieva claims the "Braveheart" star hit and bruised his 2-month-old daughter during an alleged episode of domestic violence Jan. 6 at his Malibu home, RadarOnline.com reported Thursday.

Grigorieva, 40, reportedly has photo evidence showing a bruise on the baby's chin, allegedly caused by Gibson, a source told Radar.

The photos along with a series of explosive tapes are part of a sealed custody case in which Grigorieva is trying to strip Gibson of access to little Lucia, now 8 months old.

The Russian singer reportedly started recording Gibson's crazed telephone meltdowns as evidence of his abusive behavior following the January altercation.

The tapes, obtained by Radar, purportedly feature Gibson, 54, ranting and panting wildly as he demands sexual favors, issues death threats and uses racial slurs including the N-word.

In a fifth installment posted Thursday, the man alleged to be Gibson screams at Grigorieva and demands that she thank him for spending $5 million on her and supporting her "failed career."

"I don't have any f---ing money. I have to support you and everybody else. I have to sell paintings. I have to sell my box at the Lakers game," the man, believed to be Gibson, snarls. "I spent too much g--damn money on you, and my wife knows."

Gibson's wife of 28 years filed for divorce last year after photos surfaced of the actor frolicking on a beach with Grigorieva.

In another portion of the secretly recorded phone conversations, Gibson allegedly admits he struck his ex-lover as she held their daughter.

"What kind of man is that? Hitting a woman when she's holding a child in her hands?" Grigorieva asks.

"Oh, you're all angry now. You know what, you f---ing deserved it," the man says.

He threatens to bury her in a rose garden and burn the house down in other vile snippets.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has opened a domestic violence investigation and expects to hand the case over to prosecutors next month, a spokesman told the Daily News.
