Cheryl to star in German X Factor

We all know Cheryl Cole has the X Factor. So it's no surprise the next stage of her solo career is a European campaign before she has a crack at America.
And it seems the show that's made her a nationwide obsession is giving her a helping hand - in Germany! Ja, you heard me correctly. Geordie Cheryl will be ze main attraction later this month when she mentors contestants on the German version of The X Factor.
A source close to Mrs Cole reveals: "She's thrilled to start her European campaign in such a big way. The X Factor's huge in Germany. There are also plans for her to be a guest on the biggest shows there too - including Wetten Dass - they've had Madonna and all the A-List stars in the past."
After conquering Germany, Cheryl will do whistle-stop tours of Spain and Italy to promote her album 3 Words and the single Fight For This Love, before reaching the toughest country to break - France. But she has a cunning plan up her sleeve. She's going to merge her love of fashion with her promo tour by hopefully bagging entry to some of the big shows at Paris Fashion Week. The source continues: "Paris Fashion Week would be perfect. France is very difficult - they only play 20 odd per cent of International music - so it's a tough cookie to crack." The star is then going to decide what to do about returning to X Factor. And I'm told she's very undecided on whether to return. "Who knows what will happen," adds the source. "She loves the show but her solo career comes first and if schedules collide then she may not return. She wants to spend time in America too - and may commute between X Factor auditions to make it work out there.
This week Jay-Z said he thought Cheryl had a bright future in the States. But to make it work out there you need to put in the hours - and many have tried and failed.

Cheryl meets Lily Allen, concludes that she is a little girl

Cheryl Cole has said that Lily Allen is a "little girl" after the pair met for the first time.
The Girls Aloud singer told Glamour that she and Allen had finally run into each other after an on-off war of words in recent years.
Cole said: "I met Lily for the first time last week. I gave her a hug and said, 'Nice to meet you'. To which she said, 'There is no beef'.
"Then I hear she was in the press room taking the piss and I thought, 'She's a little girl but I'm a 26-year-old woman and I'm not at school anymore'."
Last month, Cole said that she would never forgive Allen for her "awful" remarks about her husband Ashley and bandmate Nicola Roberts.
"I lost my virginity at 15/regret dragging Victoria Beckham into affair scandal"
In the same interview, blabbing Chezza also concedes she was wrong to publicly insult her England WAG chum Victoria Beckham after Posh failed to contact her when Ashley Cole was accused of cheating.
On her teen sex years, Cole says: "I was 15 when I lost my virginity, but I made my boyfriend wait three months, so I am really proud of myself for that."
Since, she says she has never had a one-night stand.
The principled X-Factor judge explains: "The thought of being intimate with someone you don't know really freaks me out. "I think men should earn that intimacy."
Meanwhile, the Girls Aloud star says she was completely wrong to drag Victoria Beckham into her own affair row, after her hubby was accused of sleeping with a hairdresser at the end of 2008.
Back then she said she was 'shocked' not to hear from Posh after the Spice had endured her own David Beckham-Rebecca Loos drama years earlier.
Now Cole says she was wrong to sulk, telling Glamour magazine: "I have a lot of respect for Victoria but I said something I shouldn't have done once - when I was asked whether it was true Victoria had been telling me how to wear my hair after everything had happened with Ashley. "Like I'd give a s*** what my hair looked like during that time. So I retaliated by saying I hadn't heard from her."
Earlier this week the singer, 26, said her husband is still distressed about the cheating allegations.
