As her life takes a drastic turn, Eva Longoria has her “Desperate Housewives” co-stars to lean on.

Just a day after filing for divorce from Tony Parker, the Gabrielle Solis actress was back on set of the hit ABC show.

According to a source, "Everyone is being very sympathetic to Eva's situation. Work has to go on – but the whole set is very protective of Eva."

Another friend of Longoria’s told People, “the cast of ‘Desperate Housewives’ have been wonderful, especially Marcia [Cross] and Felicity [Huffman].

Betty White's Favorite Golden Girls Moment Ever: Slamming the Door in Jenny Lewis' Face

Ah the good old days.

At 88 years young, Betty White has more stories stockpiled than just about anyone in Hollywood.





She told Pop Tarts in an exclusive interview her single favorite scene of her 180 episodes of “The Golden Girls.”

“It was when Blanche (Rue McClanahan) had given my (Rose's) teddy bear to a little girl, and when I found out about it, I was desolate,” White said. “So the little girl came to the door and I grabbed the teddy bear and slammed the door in the little girls face. It was not the most charitable moment, but it was the most fun.”

Bill Maher was discussing Republican nuts like Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich when he dropped the “N” word. But it wasn't used in a bad way.

With the popularity of the Call of Duty franchise rivaling that of most Hollywoody blockbusters, it shouldn't come as any surprise that publisher Activision would like to further that connection a bit more. While recent editions of what's become the world's most popular first-person shooter franchise have brought in major Hollywood talent in the past (most notably with stars like Kiefer Sutherland Kevin McKidd, Barry Pepper and composer Hans Zimmer), it looks like the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops just got a lot more prestigious.



Joining the cast will be award-winning actors Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight, Book of Eli) and Ed Harris (A History of Violence, Apollo 13), and will feature the script-consulting and story development abilities of David Goyer (Dark Knight, Blade, Superman: Man of Steel).

“Oldman, Harris and Goyer are considered some of Hollywood’s finest talents and they perfectly complement Call of Duty: Black Ops’ ambitious and immersive single player experience...Their contributions have helped us to push the boundaries of our story telling and character development far beyond anything we have ever attempted before in the franchise.”

Oldman is no stranger to the Call of Duty franchise and will reprise his role as the patriotic Russian Viktor Reznov - who was first introduced in Call of Duty: World at War - and looks to pick up some 20 years after the events of that game. Harris will play a new character to the franchise, CIA operative Jason Hudson.

Sharlto Copley brings Wikus back for a visit during an MTN interview

Sylvester Stallone's private security team sprung into action yesterday when an overzealous fan allegedly snuck on to Sly's L.A. estate and tried to score an impromptu meet-and-greet with the star.



Law enforcement tells TMZ ... a member of Stallone's private security team called police around 3:30 PM and told cops they had performed a citizen's arrest on a 22-year-old male who got past Sly's gates.

We're told the suspect claimed that he simply wanted some face time with "The Expendables" star -- who wasn't home at the time.

The LAPD eventually arrived at the scene -- where they took the man into custody and booked him for misdemeanor trespassing.

According to police, the man is still in custody and is being held on $2,500 bail.

You're busy directing your second "Mad Men" episode. Was this something you'd wanted to do for a while?

I didn't necessarily want to direct television. Because usually, the set up is it's the producer's show, and directors come in on a weekly basis and they do the bidding of the showrunner. Where's the creative room in that? But maybe it's just that I'm older and I realize there's a lot more that goes into it than that. I decided that if I'm going to have this experience, then this is the place to do it, because everybody is so good at their jobs that I thought I could learn something from each and every one of these people.

So I asked [creator/Executive Producer] Matt [Weiner] if I could shadow one of the directors — Phil Abraham. He created the look of the show, he was the cinematographer for the pilot and first season. Then somewhere in the middle of the winter, he called to say I could direct the fourth episode. I was shocked and surprised. Then the second one, there was a slot open — someone had to leave to take another job. And I just threw my hat in. He didn't hate the episode I did — he ended up saying yes.

The former Osbournes star called the latest programs in the genre "so crap".

According to WENN, Osbourne said: "There's a bunch of kids that love to party, let's watch 'em. F**k, no. Why would anybody watch that as an adult?

"Why would an adult watch Jersey Shore?"

She added: "[But] it's great for kids… and they get paid for it, so God bless them."

"Rock of Love" star Cindy "Rodeo" Steedle just filed a police report claiming Lindsay's dad assaulted her while they worked together on a reality show in New York.



According to a poorly written letter she sent to police, Steedle confronted Michael about not getting paid ... and he "became violent and raised his hand" in her direction.

Steedle claims Michael "brushed his hand on my lower bottom" later that day -- and grew "angry" when she shut him down.

According to the letter, Michael has been threatening her over the phone and via email ever since -- and now she lives "in fear" for her life and child. So far, no official charges have been filed.

UPDATE: Lohan denies the incident and tells TMZ, "Anyone in the house will tell you that she is lying. I'd rather touch a hot stove, rather than her."
