Ryan Reynolds,34, and Sandra Bullock,46, ushered in 2011 enjoying a night at Besse Bistro in Texas.

After working with Sandra Bullock on the 2009 film 'The Proposal' and Virgin Media, Ryan Reynolds wants to make more films with the actress. Bullock has obviously made a lasting impression on the actor.

Digital Spy reports that the Green Lantern star would love to work with Bullock again. Reynolds hinted that there might be a film in development, but really hasn't let any details slip out.



The Canadian actor talked about working with Bullock again and said: ""Me and Sandra have been friends for a long time and I'd love to make that happen. Look, there could be something in development, but there's no script yet."

A spokesperson for Bullock said that currently there are no projects reuniting the two actors in the works at the moment.

Reynolds is currently starring in the thriller 'Buried' and will be donning green tights as he takes on the role of superhero 'The Green Lantern'.

Ryan Reynolds to Star In 'Safe House'

Things just keep getting better and better for Ryan Reynolds.

His list of upcoming films is mind boggling: 'Green Lantern,' 'The Change-Up,' 'Deadpool,' 'R.I.P.D,' 'Most Wanted' and 'Gunsmoke.' Now he wants to squeeze in a starring role opposite Denzel Washington in Universal's 'Safe House,' according to TheWrap.

Reynolds will play a young CIA agent who must transport a dangerous criminal (Washington) to safety after both are attacked at a safe house.

'Safe House' is scheduled for production in early 2011, after Reynolds finishes up 'The Change-Up' and before he begins shooting Fox's 'Deadpool' or Universal's 'R.I.P.D.'

Nicolas Cage and Ryan Reynolds will play CG cavemen in DreamWorks Animation's The Croods, a comedy that pits a prehistoric patriarch (Cage) against a forward-thinking outsider (Reynolds).

According to Variety, Cage will voice Crug, who cautiously leads his family beyond his comfort zone after an earthquake destroys their home. While attempting to navigate the dangerous and unfamiliar world, Crug butts heads with Reynolds' nomad, who charms Crug's clan -- especially his eldest daughter -- with his (relatively) modern-minded ways.

Chris Sanders (Lilo & Stitch, upcoming How to Train Your Dragon) and Kirk DeMicco (Space Chimps) wrote and are directing the film, which is scheduled to hit theaters in stereoscopic 3D on March 30, 2012.

Lionsgate has captured the theatrical rights to Ryan Reynolds coffin movie Buried, which features one of Hollywood’s hottest stars trapped in a box for the duration of the film. The purchase, valued between $3 million and $4 million plus a significant marketing commitment, marks the second deal at the Sundance film festival. The first was Paramount’s purchase of the Davis Guggenheim documentary Waiting for Superman. At the close of the Sundance festival’s first weekend, many films, such as Josh Radnor’s Happythankyoumoreplease and the Ben Affleck-starrer The Company Men, have garnered solid buzz, but there are no deals yet to accompany interest in those movies.

Buried, from Spanish director Rodrigo Cortes centers on Paul Conroy, a U.S. truck driver stationed in Iraq, who wakes up to find himself buried alive inside a coffin. His captors have given him two tools: a lighter and a cell phone, to meet their $5 million ransom demand before he runs out of oxygen. Fans were wild about the film after its first screening late Saturday night. So, it seems, were executives. “Buried is one of the tightest, most intense thrillers we’ve ever seen,” says Jason Constantine, Lionsgate’s president of acquisitions. “It’s a powerful reminder that all you really need for an unforgettable movie experience is a great story, inventive filmmaking and brilliant acting.” The studio hasn’t yet settled on a release date.
