Did you ever think you'd see brassy, loudmouthed (but lovable) Jeremy Piven playing it coy?

That's what he did last night when E! News asked him about his relationship with January Jones.

"She's a friend of mine," he demurred Tuesday at the Rimowa store opening in Beverly Hills. "She's very sweet and we are friends."

The two have been spotted late-night at Chateau Marmont and caught the Saints game in New Orleans last weekend. So...will the notorious bachelor spend Valentine's Day with her?

"I am actually going to probably go visit my mom in Chicago," says Piven of his plans for the holiday. "But don't call me a mama's boy."

Notice how he didn't say whether or not he'd be making the trip to the Windy City solo.

Think he should bring his new "friend" January home to meet Mom?

Well, well, well...what do we have here?

We figured January Jones and Jeremy Piven's late-night hangout after the Globes a week ago was a one-time thing. Maybe the Mad Men actress had a case of champagne goggles after the bubbly was flowing free all night long?

But just last night, this diminutive duo popped up again, on the sidelines of the Saints-Vikings NFC Championship game in New Orleans. They didn't seem to be paying much attention to each other...

January was on her BlackBerry most the time, except when she took one photo of the game, while Jeremy was tweeting sideline photos of himself.

Will this textually active twosome be on the sidelines for the Super Bowl in Miami, too? Stay tuned...
