Brooke Mueller Suffering from Pneumonia, Says Her Mom

Brooke Mueller, who was rushed to intensive care in a Los Angeles hospital with 105-degree fever on Tuesday night, has pneumonia in both lungs and her kidneys are filled with infection, according to her mother Moira Fiore.

"I talked to her doctor, and they are filling Brooke with antibiotics," Fiore tells PEOPLE. "She waited too long to get her impacted wisdom tooth removed and the infection has spread all over. It is in her bloodstream."

Fiore, who has boarded a plane in Florida to fly to L.A. and be with her daughter, says Charlie Sheen has been great about visiting Brooke in ICU.

"Charlie has been to the hospital several times and is very concerned about Brooke," Fiore tells PEOPLE.

A judge temporarily suspended a restraining order imposed after Sheen's domestic violence arrest on Christmas Day.

Sheen's rep reiterates that the Two and a Half Men star is concerned about his wife, with whom he has twin sons. "When Charlie found out Brooke was in the hospital, he immediately drove there to see her to show his love and support," says rep Stan Rosenfield. "Charlie can have contact with his wife as long as she’s in the hospital."

Mueller's lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells PEOPLE that a decision will be made Friday morning on how to proceed with a hearing scheduled for that day in Aspen, Colo.

"Earlier reports on Brooke’s health were different than they are now," Galanter tells PEOPLE. "Doctors are concerned about the pneumonia and want to keep her in bed for several days. We will see what the judge wants to do."
