Oksana Grigorieva was caught on camera while paying a visit to her lawyer Marci Levine's office and said that Mel Gibson is a liar.

When reporters asked about the new allegations that her sister Natalie was the one to leak the infamous rant tapes she flatly called Mel a liar. She blamed him for the new claims that her sister is now involved in the scandal.

"Mel is a liar! He's lying. There's no extortion and there's no texts, and no emails, OK? And I'm fighting for my child and he's just a liar, and it will come up in the court, just wait." She firmly said.

Referring to her sister and the tapes, Oksana said, "She doesn't have them, she erased them a long time ago,"

Meanwhile, Allison Hope Weiner, senior writer for The Hollywood Reporter claims that she has sources who suspect that Natalie actually did leak the tapes.

Weiner said that Oksana and Natalie are very close and "if you took a look at her financial records that you would find out some evidence that she was the one who had sold the audio tapes to Radar,"

The celeb writer also said that if Natalie was found to have leaked the tapes she would be held in contempt due to the fact that they are under protective seal.
