Michael Douglas Credits Sex Life With Catherine Zeta Jones to Viagra

Michael Douglas admits he's just as in love with wife Catherine Zeta Jones now as he was the first time he saw her in 1998's Zorro.

"At least in your head, your fire burns as brightly," the Wall Street actor, 65, tells AARP magazine.

"Let's not kid ourselves. But God bless her that she likes older guys," continues Douglas of his wife, who is 25 years his junior. "And some wonderful enhancements have happened in the last few years -- Viagra, Cialis -- that can make us all feel younger."

When he first met Jones' parents, who are both three years younger than he is, Douglas admits that he "wasn't quite the son-in-law they'd envisioned. I do like to wind up Catherine's father and call him Pops."

The couple -- who wed at NYC's Plaza Hotel in November 2000 -- are parents to Dylan, 9 and Carys, 6.

"I wince when I think I'll be close to 75 when my daughter is 16. I'm not going to be able to physically chase the boys away!" he jokes.

Jones says her husband is “a terrific, extremely hands-on father."

Douglas admits that wasn't always the case. His son, Cameron (with ex wife, Diandra), is currently serving time at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on drug possession charges -- and he says he wasn’t present enough during his childhood.

"There were absences, and I was no angel," he says. "I like to be home a lot more now. I see the confidence my kids have got versus the struggle for confidence that I had or that Cameron might have dealt with."
