Bradley Cooper: Deliciously Scruffy
The Hangover star was spotted hanging out with some pals in Bev Hills over the weekend looking like his usual scruffy self. And that's just the way we like him! Sidebar, how fun was his big Chelsea Lately interview? He actually seems like a nice guy. Too bad he wouldn't comment on his romance with Renee Zellweger!
